Our systems engineering approach to solving engineering challenges focuses on optimizing entire systems rather than individual components. As technology improves, building mechanical and electrical systems are becoming more dynamic with potential to operate more efficiently. However, this requires smarter building control systems and analysis to determine to optimum conditions for energy consumption and occupant comfort.

We leverage data analytics as part of our integrated commissioning process digging deep into the building operations to identify issues and explore opportunities to optimize the system efficiency. As modern systems get more complex, conventional on-site commissioning techniques struggle to keep up with so many control point variables.

Our process captures the data which is already generated through the BMS to perform automated functional performance testing of HVAC systems. This results saves several hours of on-site testing and also enables the enhanced commissioning period to be extended over a longer time period for true system verification.
